Installation applies to the RAAD EV Charger (home and commercial). Portable chargers such as the BN70 and BN21 simply plug into a compatible socket and require no installation.
Standard installation
Installation is quoted individually following a technical site assessment. A standard residential installation may include:
- Up to 5 metres of armoured cable
- Standard wall mounting
- Electrical connection
- Testing and commissioning

Dubai, private villas: standard residential installations can generally proceed without a separate NOC, subject to the applicable requirements at the time of installation.
Abu Dhabi, private villas: a dedicated electricity meter may be required, subject to the applicable utility requirements.
Apartments: building management or landlord approval may be required, subject to the applicable property requirements.
Commercial properties: requirements vary by project and may be subject to approvals from the property owner, building management, developer, utility provider, or other relevant authorities.
