Shipping coverage
EVTRIX delivers products throughout the United Arab Emirates through approved third-party courier and logistics partners.
International shipping available across the GCC. Please contact us.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and product availability. Customers will be notified once their order has been dispatched.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, public holidays, or circumstances beyond EVTRIX's reasonable control.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed before order dispatch.
Delivery rates
Approximate delivery rates within the UAE, in AED, per item. Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 2:00 PM. Final charges are confirmed at checkout.

Rates apply per item. Ordering two chargers charges two delivery rates. Final shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.
Delivery responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment where required. Additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect delivery information, refused deliveries, or repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
Inspection upon delivery
Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or incorrect item should be reported to EVTRIX immediately upon delivery, together with supporting photographs where applicable.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a shipment is damaged or lost during transportation, EVTRIX will work with the appointed courier to investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the courier's shipping procedures and the circumstances of the shipment.
Delivery delays
EVTRIX is not responsible for delays resulting from force majeure, severe weather, public holidays, road closures, courier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond EVTRIX's reasonable control.
Courier services
EVTRIX uses independent courier and logistics providers for deliveries. All shipments are transported in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of the appointed courier.
